Lead Multi-Skilled Craftsman
MUST HAVE SUBSTANTIAL EXPERIENCE IN PAINTING, TAPE AND BED, PATCHING, SPECIAL FINISHES/TEXTURES AND SHEETROCK REPAIR

*Must haves:*
-Ability to pass a background check and drug test
-At least 3 years of driving history
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Strong work ethic
-You are well-groomed and maintain a neat appearance
-Necessary skills: carpentry, sheetrock repair, tape and bed, texture, special finishes, painting, attic staircase repair, and installation

Apprentice
Apprentice 1 – Craftsman in Training
Our Apprentice Craftsman has the aptitude and willingness to learn the skills needed to move on to become an Apprentice.
This is an entry level position. They will gain knowledge of how to use the software we need on a daily basis, giving them the basic understanding use of Dispatch.me. They will learn by observing other Craftsmen how to communicate with customers to the point of performing the jobs given to them with a desire to exceed the customers’ expectations. They will learn how to communicate with the office and other TEAM mates. Not afraid to ask questions when they do not understand the task at hand. They will need to take notes in order to learn more easily for future use. The Apprentice 1 will always be on a jobsite with another employee for training purposes until they have a task down to the point that they can perform it on their own.
An aptitude and willingness to learn overall knowledge of the trades:
-Plumbing
-Carpentry
-Tile
-Electrical
-Flooring
-Painting
-Wallboard – hang, tape & mud, sand, texture
-Fence
-Insulation
Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having a majority of the tools needed but willingness to purchase those he/she may need to perform the tasks they have the desire to learn for future tasks on one’s own.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Should always be paying attention to their lead to learn how to troubleshoot and come up with a good resolution for the situation at hand.
Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel & Fellow Employees to learn the “how to” in every situation they are assisting, to help them grow in their ability to eventually move up to Apprentice 2 and do work on their own.
Presentable:
-Clean-Cut appearance
-Small selection of tools needed for the trades; they should be organized.
Other:
-Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
-Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team.
-Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED customer expectations.
